We process the user’s identification and business data, information about granted access, logins and activity, as well as data contained in the documents provided. We use this data to verify the user, provide access to documentation relating to a project, service or warranty, and ensure the security of the Client Zone.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or BESTAU’s legitimate interest in providing customer service and securely sharing documentation. Data may be disclosed to authorised persons and IT service providers, including Microsoft as the provider of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services, handle warranty matters, ensure security, and establish, pursue or defend against claims. The user has the right to access, rectify or erase their data, restrict its processing, object to its processing and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The data is not used for marketing or profiling.
