Inavation Awards 2021 Finalist
Bestau is a finalist in the Projects category of the 2021 Inavation Awards.
We are proud to announce that our company is eligible for a prestigious industry award.
Organized by Inavate Magazine and Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the Inavation Awards recognize and reward outstanding AV design, integration and management around the world, while highlighting important technological innovations for AV buyers.
Bestau has made it to the final list of nominees in the Best Project: Retail category for the implementation of the sound system at Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. We are delighted to have realized a project that made it to the list of nominees. Behind our project are outstanding technical solutions and people. We are lucky to have such a talented and motivated team. We will all keep our fingers crossed on June 1.

Bestau sound system at Powisle Power Plant with Bose Professional audio solutions!
Elektrownia Powiśle is a facility with a history spanning over 100 years. Built in Warsaw in 1904, in the following years, it became one of the largest and most modern power plants in Poland. Over 15 years after its closure in 2001, the revitalization process began. This is no ordinary retail space project, where the focus had to be on the background music and adjusting the appropriate sound levels in the corridors, restrooms and several other areas. Based on the client’s requirements and desired functionality, the sound system was designed based on Dante digital distribution.There are 6 server rooms with racked audio equipment throughout the facility, which are interconnected for data exchange.
The heart of the system is the Bose ControlSpace EX-1280 sound processor. The installation utilized 15 amplifiers and over 200 Bose speakers.

– 15 power amplifiers
– 37 microphones
– nearly 100 custom made speaker enclosures
– over 40 Dante network inputs and 30 outputs
– 86 IP addresses and….
Only one Bose ControlSpace EX-1280 processor to control them!
