40 under 40 Inavate

“40 Under 40” – Inavate magazine has announced a list presenting the most promising figures in the AV industry for 2022.

Tomasz Pająk, CTO of BESTAU, was the only one from Poland on the list. Congratulations! Under his leadership, award-winning audiovisual projects were created at such facilities as the Powiśle Power Plant in Warsaw, the Mandoria Amusement Park in Rzgów near Łódź, and Alchemium – the Chemistry Department of the Technical University of Łódź.

“40 under 40” is a list of forty of the most promising figures in the audiovisual industry in the EMEA region before the age of forty. This year’s list focuses on AV professionals who are shaping, leading and changing the AV industry through personal achievements, contributions to the industry and thought leadership.

The project is carried out by Inavate Magazine which is the primary source of information and ideas for designers, installers and users of audiovisual (AV) and related technologies in professional environments. Inavate EMEA offers the latest AV news with analysis and commentary, interviews, opinions and event coverage. The “40 Under 40” initiative provides an opportunity to recognize the talents of younger professionals in the audiovisual industry.
