Tomasz Pająk of Bestau Among the Honored AV Industry Professionals
Tomasz Pająk, who served as CTO of Bestau in 2022, was the only professional from Poland to be named to the Inavate 40 Under 40 Class of 2022 —a list highlighting young professionals who are having a significant impact on the development of the professional audiovisual technology industry in the EMEA region.
The award presented by Inavate served as confirmation of the skills developed at Bestau and the experience gained through the implementation of challenging AV projects.
Tomasz Pająk has been involved in, among other things, audiovisual projects carried out for the Powiśle Power Plant in Warsaw, the Mandoria amusement park in Rzgów, and Alchemium at the Łódź University of Technology.
What is the “40 Under 40 Inavate” list, and why is it so important?
“40 under 40” is a list of forty of the most promising figures in the AV industry in EMEA before the age of forty. This year’s list focuses on AV professionals who are shaping, leading and changing the AV industry through personal achievements, contributions to the industry and thought leadership.
The project is carried out by Inavate Magazine which is the primary source of information and ideas for designers, installers and users of audiovisual (AV) and related technologies in professional environments. The “40 Under 40” initiative provides an opportunity to recognize the talents of younger professionals in the AV industry.
The program includes professionals working in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, representing various sectors of the audiovisual industry—from system design and integration to technology development and project management.
