Modern AV solutions for multifunctional event space

As part of the construction of the Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Golcza, we realized a state-of-the-art audiovisual system including an auditorium, catering facilities, and a control and stage lighting system. The main goal of the project was to create a space suitable for artistic events, conferences, presentations and film screenings, ensuring flexibility of configuration and ease of system operation.

The technologies used enable dynamic audio and video management, seamless integration of control systems, and the possibility of future infrastructure expansion.

01 Analysis and design

We began the project with a functional analysis of the space and user requirements. The key objective was to create an AV system tailored to the multifunctional nature of the facility, enabling the organization of conferences, cultural events and multimedia projections. We developed a concept including a stage sound system, video projection and integration of lighting and multimedia control.

02 Deployment and Installation

Once the project was approved, we proceeded with the installation of speaker sets and the installation of a laser projector and projection screens. We implemented a stage lighting system, providing dynamic adjustment of lighting conditions for different events. In addition, we installed a central control system that allows intuitive management of sound, video and lighting from touch panels.

03 Testing and optimization

The final stage was system testing and calibration of sound and video parameters, adjusting them to the acoustic and visual conditions of the facility. After the integration of all components, we conducted user training, ensuring that users were fully functional and comfortable with the implemented solutions.

Thanks to the implemented solutions, the Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Golcza has become a modern space suitable for a variety of events, from conferences to stage performances.
